Our clients include small businesses, charities, home-workers and private computer users. Their range of work includes pr companies, events organisers, examination boards, carers' support, doctors, dentists, health care, financial advisers, payroll, sports commentators, book publishers, professionals in coaching and languages, local government, students, convents and churches.

As we work with a number of organisations in the voluntary sector we specialise in simple, low-cost solutions - in fact the phrase "computing on a shoestring" would sometimes be appropriate. Support is provided by on-site visits, email, telephone and where possible remote computer access.

If you have an existing computer system that you are not happy with, or are looking to install a new system, then please get in touch for an initial chat.

Many of our clients have been working with Mike for some years and the following comments reflect the ongoing quality of our work:

“HCS have been an invaluable source of IT support and advice in helping me identify and establish the IT hardware and software needs for my new business.”

“I have no doubt that without Mike’s expertise and unstinting support over the last 10 years, we would not have been able to achieve so much with so few resources.”

"A b****** amazing computer whizz who fixes any type of computer cock-up you wish to throw at him!"

"I'm writing to say a heartfelt thank you on behalf of everyone here for everything you've done for us over the years. You've not only been a great friend, but you've played such a vital role here through such a crucial period of our development. Being part of the technology revolution could well have proved a total nightmare for us, but with you on board, we felt both very lucky as well as eminently confident that things would be absolutely fine."

Services are generally subject to a written agreement and contract which details the work to be undertaken and the fees charged. The work may be a one-off job or part of a regular contract.
